Tiny Dragons

The Tiny Dragon’s Program is geared for children aged 3 & 4. Kids learn basic martial arts skills and movements designed to introduce children to body awareness, fitness, and being a member of a group. This is also a Caregiver & Child class, meaning that YOU get to participate with your child in each class! It’s the perfect first activity for your Tiny Dragon!

During Public and Catholic School Official PD Days we offer FULL DAY long camps for kids from 9AM to 4PM (Early drop off and pickup is available upon request).
